Social media
Social media management
that actually ships on schedule.
Strategy, content, design, scheduling and reporting, handled end to end. The hard part of social is not ideas, it is publishing something good every week without fail.
The actual problem with social media
Almost nobody fails at social because they ran out of ideas. They fail because posting is everyone's fourth priority. The account goes quiet for three weeks, then restarts with an apology post, and the algorithm treats the account as dormant because it is.
So management here is built around consistency first and cleverness second. A calendar planned far enough ahead that a busy week cannot break it, content designed in batches, and scheduling handled so publishing does not depend on anyone remembering.
What is included
Every engagement starts with what the account is for. Awareness, leads, recruitment and community are four different jobs, and they produce different content. An account posting without a stated objective is producing decoration.
Scope of work
- Channel strategy: which platforms deserve effort and which are a waste for your audience
- Content pillars and a posting calendar planned weeks ahead, not day to day
- Graphic design for every post, on-brand, using your typefaces and colours
- Short-form video editing: reels, shorts, captions burned in, hooks cut tight
- Copywriting per platform, because the same caption does not work on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Scheduling and publishing, so nothing depends on someone being free that morning
- Community management: replies, comments and DMs within an agreed response window
- Monthly reporting on reach, engagement and what to change, in plain language
Design is not optional
Most social management offers treat design as an afterthought and produce posts that look like a template with your logo dropped on it. A decade of design work sits behind this one, so the content looks made rather than generated: real typography, your actual brand palette, layouts built per post.
You can see the standard on the portfolio, which includes ad creative, social content and brand work across 180 pieces for paying clients.
For agencies: white label social media management
If you are an agency, this can run entirely under your brand. You keep the client and the pricing, content arrives in your templates, reporting carries your logo, and I never appear in a call or a comment thread. NDA as standard.
The same arrangement covers SEO and web design and development, and agencies commonly bundle all three under one partner rather than managing several.
For small businesses
If you are the owner and social has been sitting on your own to-do list for months, the useful version of this service is taking it off you completely: you approve a month of content in one sitting and stop thinking about it. That is a very different arrangement from a freelancer who needs direction every week.
Frequently asked questions
Which platforms do you manage?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok most often, plus YouTube for short-form. I would rather run two channels properly than five badly, and will say which two.
Do you create the content or just schedule it?
Create it. Graphics, video edits, captions and the calendar. Scheduling alone is a tool, not a service.
How much content per month?
Depends on the platform and the objective, and it is agreed in writing before we start. I would rather commit to a volume that will actually hold every month than promise a big number and taper off in month three.
Do you handle paid ads too?
Ad creative, yes. Full campaign management and budget is a separate conversation, and if it is outside what I should own I will say so.
Can this be white labelled for my agency?
Yes. Your brand throughout, your client never deals with me.

Post design comes out of the same practice as graphic design services. If the website is also the problem, see web development. Agencies can take this white labelled alongside search.
Nobody on your team wants to own the calendar.
That is usually the real problem. Tell me the platforms and the audience and I will scope it.
