What we collect

Only what you send us. If you submit the contact form that means your name, email address, optionally your company, and the message you write. We do not require anything else and we do not ask for payment details through this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver and invoice the work. That is the entire purpose.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. We do not share it with third parties except the processors needed to run the business, such as our email provider, and only to the extent required.

Form handling

The contact form is processed by FormSubmit, which forwards submissions to our inbox. Their handling is governed by their own privacy terms.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. Fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a third party, so visiting a page does not report you to anyone.

Retention

Enquiries are kept while they are useful, and client records for as long as tax and contractual obligations require. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights
