What to put in the message

The more concrete the better. The three things that let me give you a useful answer instead of a generic one are: the task that eats the most time and roughly how often it happens, what you have already tried, and any date the work has to land by.

You do not need a spec. "Our team spends two days a month rebuilding the same report" is enough to work from. If you already have a brief, send it.

What happens next

You get a reply within one business day. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a twenty-minute call where you describe the bottleneck and I tell you whether I can move it and roughly what that costs. If it is not a fit, I will say so in the reply and point you somewhere better where I can.

Nothing is billed before a written scope is agreed, and no scope is written before we have actually spoken.

Working hours and timezone

I am based in Batangas, Philippines, and work with clients worldwide. Overlapping hours are arranged around your timezone rather than mine, which in practice means early mornings for North American clients and normal hours for Australian ones.

Privacy

What you send is used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. No list, no resale, no newsletter you did not ask for.
