Glorifying God
through excellent work.

The founder

Ten years of the craft, then the agents that do it.

Rafael Bautista is an AI automation specialist, web developer and multidisciplinary designer, working from Batangas with clients in the United States, Australia and the Philippines.

The hands-on decade came first: graphic design, video editing, SEO and web builds for more than 50 businesses. Best Graphic Designer and Best Video Editor of his internship cohort, a national-level finish in a website design competition, and a Cum Laude degree in Agribusiness Management from UP Los Baños.

Now he builds the AI agents and automations that hold those same jobs at scale, on Claude Code, n8n and MCP. He still reviews the work that goes out.

Zeafar is a Filipino-powered digital team working out of Batangas, founded by Rafael Bautista. We started in graphic design and video, then added web, SEO and social because clients kept needing them and we did not want to hand them to somebody else.

Our goal is to glorify God by valuing Christian principles at work: serving with integrity, pursuing growth, delivering high-quality results, and rewarding excellence by merit as we grow alongside our clients.

That archive is not decoration. It is 107 video edits, 130 ad creatives, 57 logos, 143 merch designs and dozens of site builds, all delivered for people who paid for the result. The award and the national competition finish came out of that period, and the named outcomes are on the case studies page.

Now we build the AI agents and automations that do those same jobs at scale. Knowing exactly how the work is done by hand is the reason we can tell when an agent is quietly producing rubbish, which is the part most AI builds get wrong.

We run this honestly: no overselling, no invented numbers, and a straight answer when something is not a fit.

Our values

Principles that guide us.

These are not wall decorations. They are the reason clients stay, and the reason we turn certain work down.

Honesty

Transparent communication and truthful relationships with every client, including when the truthful answer costs us the job.

Accountability

We take ownership of our work and stand behind every project we deliver.

Humility

We approach every challenge with a learner's mindset, and we say so when we do not know something.

Excellence

Work good enough to put our name on, delivered whether or not anyone is checking.

How we got here

It started in graphic design, because that was the thing we could already do. Clients then asked for video, so we learned video. They asked who would put it on a website, so we learned web. They asked why the website was not showing up on Google, so we learned SEO. None of it was a career plan. Each skill was added because somebody needed it.

That path is the reason the services list is nine lines long rather than one. It is also why the lines connect: the person designing the ad understands what the landing page has to do, and the person writing the page knows what the search result has to say.

Where AI came in

By 2024 the pattern was obvious. A large share of what I was paid for was repetitive: the same reports, the same resizes, the same audits, the same follow-ups. Skilled work, but the kind of skilled work that follows rules. That is exactly the shape of job an agent can hold.

So we moved upstream. Instead of doing those jobs one at a time, we build the systems that do them: Claude Code for engineering work, n8n for orchestration, MCP for wiring agents into real tools. The design and SEO years did not become irrelevant. They became the quality control, which is the part that is hard to hire for.

How I work

Written before built. Every project starts with a scope you have read. If we disagree about what is being made, better to find out on paper.

Weekly visibility. You see progress at the end of each week. No month-long silences ending in a reveal.

Honest numbers. I do not invent metrics. If a result cannot be measured, I say it cannot be measured rather than attaching a percentage to it.

Handover by default. Files, accounts and documentation are yours. The test of a good build is that it survives us not being there.

Experience

Where the decade went.

Client and employer names are kept off this page on purpose. The work is described, the logos are not. Named outcomes live on the case studies page, and references are available on request.

Skills

What I can do without looking it up.

The list is long because each line was added when a client needed it, not because it looked good on a page. Depth is uneven and I will tell you where: the AI, web, SEO, design and video lines are professional, the data and business lines are trained but applied less often.

If something you need is not here, the honest answer is usually that I know somebody who does it better, and I will say so.

What I actually do

The work splits into web development, graphic design, social media management and search. For agencies, all of it is available white labelled: SEO, web design and development and link building.

Tell me what is eating your week.

If we can build something that removes it, we will say so and what it takes. If we cannot, we will say that too.
